La World Freestyle Football Association anunci\u00f3 el 6 de mayo de 2025 la apertura del proceso de selecci\u00f3n para las destinaciones que acoger\u00e1n <\/span>los eventos principales del circuito competitivo oficial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle durante la temporada 2026, incluyendo los cinco torneos f\u00edsicos de las <\/span>Series Pulse<\/b> y la joya de la corona de la gira: el <\/span>Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todas las organizaciones candidatas (sean agencias de organizaci\u00f3n de eventos, patronatos municipales u otros) deber\u00e1n seguir un proceso que permitir\u00e1 a los expertos de la WFFA evaluar sus propuestas. Dichos expertos valorar\u00e1n no solo las instalaciones, sino tambi\u00e9n los valores y la adecuaci\u00f3n de cada candidatura.<\/span><\/p>\n

El procedimiento de selecci\u00f3n constar\u00e1 de cuatro fases<\/strong>, durante las cuales a las destinaciones candidatas se les pedir\u00e1 que proporcionen informaci\u00f3n clave sobre sus propuestas. El proceso se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de la siguiente forma:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

1. Expresi\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s<\/b>: fecha l\u00edmite 15 de julio de 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1. A los candidatos se les pedir\u00e1 que manden un email a partnerships@worldfreestylefootball.org<\/a> presentando la organizaci\u00f3n y la destinaci\u00f3n candidata<\/p>\n

1.2. La WFFA mandar\u00e1 a cada candidato la presentaci\u00f3n de la Solicitud de Propuesta (RFP, de sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), que contiene todos los requerimientos necesarios para mandar una aplicaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

1.3. Una vez los candidatos hayan proporcionado todos los detalles relevantes, se les pedir\u00e1 que preparen una presentaci\u00f3n que resuma las posibilidades de la ciudad y la forma en la que \u00e9sta cubrir\u00e1 las necesidades del deporte, del evento y de sus participantes<\/p>\n

2. Confirmaci\u00f3n de la preselecci\u00f3n:<\/b>: anunciado el 1 de agosto de 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1. La WFFA contactar\u00e1 a los candidatos de forma individual y confidencial, incluyendo:<\/p>\n

a) Un total de 15 candidatos para las Series Pulse, incluyendo 3 destinaciones preseleccionadas para cada una de las 5 clasificatorias regionales (\u00c1froca, Europa, Norteam\u00e9rica, Sudam\u00e9rica y Asia-Pac\u00edfico)<\/p>\n

b) Un total de 5 candidatos para el Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle<\/p>\n

2.2. El equipo de Partnerships de la WFFA organizar\u00e1 una llamada con las cinco ciudades seleccionadas para informarse mejor sobre su propuesta y organizar una visita t\u00e9cnica<\/p>\n

3. Visitas t\u00e9cnicas a las opciones preseleccionadas:<\/b> entre los d\u00edas 5 de agosto y 30 de septiembre de 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1. El equipo de Operaciones de la WFFA visitar\u00e1 todas las ciudades preseleccionadas para entender mejor la log\u00edstica y la l\u00f3gica de cada opci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

4. Selecci\u00f3n de las destinaciones ganadoras:<\/b> comunicado de forma privada el 15 de octubre de 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1. El equipo de Partnerships de la WFFA notificar\u00e1 a las candidaturas ganadoras de forma privada<\/p>\n

4.2. La WFFA y las candidaturas ganadoras generar\u00e1n la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria y firmar\u00e1n los contratos correspondientes para confirmar el acuerdo<\/p>\n

4.3. Los representantes de la sede seleccionada para el Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle 2026 ser\u00e1n invitados a las Finales del evento en 2025, donde se anunciar\u00e1n todas las paradas del Circuito Global de 2026<\/p>\n

Una vez el proceso se haya completado y la candidaturas ganadoras hayan sido anunciadas, los mejores atletas del F\u00fatbol Freestyle en las categor\u00edas masculina y femenina competir\u00e1n en las Series Pulse<\/strong> alrededor del mundo entre mayo y octubre de 2026 para clasificarse para el Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle<\/strong> y ser coronados como los mejores del mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n
